Refund and Return Policy
The provision of goods and services is subject to availability. In cases where Harmless House is out of stock of an item we have charged the customer for, Harmless House will contact the customer to offer alternatives or refund the customer for the unavailable item.
In the instance where a product is faulty or damaged upon being received we request that you inform us within 7 days of receiving the goods and we will replace the product. We retain the right to request photographs of the damaged product in order to ascertain the nature of the issue and to report it to the manufacturers.
